wafers) at the wholesale price of $30.00. This purchase fulfills the monthly
requirement to qualify for personal commissions or Commission Roll-up and/or
Sales Compression volume accrued from the Member's entire downline.
This monthly purchase of Sizzling Minerals can be handled automatically through
a monthly credit card draft. You can authorize U. S. Naturals to send you,
postage paid in the United States, 2 sleeves of Sizzling Minerals each month.
You may add additional products if you desire. Just complete the automatic
purchase below. Your auto shipment will always be shipped on the same day
beginning thirty days after you signed on as a Member.
